• Designed over 65 pieces (SKUs) of furniture and rugs to be used throughout WeWork locations in Europe, Russia, the Middle East and South Africa. The design was driven by WeWork’s existing brand standards, operational needs (connectivity, installation, shipping etc), and standardization of the EMEA market (materiality, sustainability, methods, projections, durability, etc).

• Researched and sourced factories in Europe and India to build all pieces per standard, executing factory visits on a regular basis, collaborating with fabricators to attain budget goals, and pre-negotiating contracts for handover to sourcing and purchasing.

• Sourced architectural materials to be used by over 35 designers in studios located in London, Berlin and Paris, with special consideration to logistics and local supplies.

• Curated and then developed the FF&E catalog to be used in EMEA, working with design directors for approvals and direction, and with purchasing and sourcing teams for reliable fabricators of textiles, furniture, lighting, rugs, and architectural materials.
